Noble Co-op Eatery - Melbourne
CO-OP
WE SERVE HUMAN BEINGS
Community serving the community
No Owner
Tax Free group
Registered CO-OP run by the folk who work there
everyone could be a member ov this CO-OP
we ourselves DO NOT plan to be a member ov this CO-OP
we are just reorganising this CO-OP properly as we can
ANYONE CAN DO THIS
NO pinhead bosses making stupid, illegal, criminal decisions
THIS IS ALL FROM BUSINESS SCHOOL
COMMUNITY SERVICE
just like the Hari Krishnas
generally they own their property and don't pay wages
(it ain't some miracle from outer space)
(some mods)
We Know Nothing by The Hari Rama
melbourne
this time the Co-op would be the
OWNER: own the buildings
and use all
VOLUNTEERS
we don't pay wages
in a community service
if you are a volunteer you can let us know
here
then join us as soon as we have a building
everyone is the manager and all have a set ov keys
why no wages
3 people @ 6 shops = 18 people
18 x $1500 / wk = $27,000 / wk
so for 6 years the owner
ROBBED EVERYONE OF $8,424,000
Then forgot to give 4 Million to World Vision or similar
ran everything including himself into the ground
shut all the doors and gave us no food to eat
then instantly took off to another country
ran for eight years
if he comes back to Australia
he may be jailed for 20 years
for like:
missapropiation ov funds
mishandling a charity/co-op
owning a Co-op with no intention ov making it a Co-op
robbing the charity/co-op ov $8 MILLION
depriving Starving Africans ov ~$4 MILLION
etc, etc, etc
NO PAY OR YOU DON'T EAT PEOPLE
AT ALL EVER
not actually permitted as community service
Meaning there is No Charge for afternoon tea
NO people personally serving people
at tables
the Hari Krishnas don't do that
Breakfast is Breakfast / Lunch
Lunch is Lunch
Dinner is Dinner / Lunch
all done in the style ov lunch
easy going easy to do
there can be large cues at these things
quick and easy is the way
a few charity donation boxes around
(more than one)
it's bad when you can't find it
worst case scenario:
crumpets and coffee
THIS SYSTEM CANNOT COLLAPSE
(no shutting down and running off to another country)
if someone would like to donate a:
BUILDING
to
yentilasanything.com
- CO-OP
it's a great tax deduction
you can let us know
here
property owners seem to want all registrations complete
and paid
before they consider donating a property
~$40 MILLION
about $4 Million / building +
about $2 Million / rebuilding the kitchens
we may fund the CO-OP to buy buildings freehold
if we can raise the funds
In that case the CO-OP would directly buy the properties
and we would pay the funds
as a donation
The CO-OP is the owner ov all the properties
we do have an internet registration ov yentilasanything.com
which we plan to give to the Co-op
~$1000
we don't yet have a Ground Registration
~$320 - $700
we don't have a form 501(c)(3)
~$275
we don't have a form 1023-EZ
So thats about $2000 that we need straight away as donations
or we may pay it ourselves if we can raise funds
these are technical
we hope to get advice and
have them filled out real soon
the
toilets cleaned each day by outside company after close
no-one can force you to handle food and clean toilets
cheers
